We ran busy Telegram communities for years. Rose kept the spam out and we're grateful for it — but it was never meant to answer anyone, so we still spent our evenings typing the same five replies. So we rebuilt the whole moderation suite, command for command, and put an agent behind it that reads your documentation. Same commands you already know, minus the part where a question sits unanswered until an admin wakes up.
