1. Agreement

By using Knowa's website or service, you agree to these terms. If you use Knowa on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Knowa provides an AI support agent that answers questions on Telegram based on the documentation you provide. Answers are generated from your knowledge base; you are responsible for keeping that content accurate and up to date.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree not to use the service for unlawful content, spam, or abuse; to comply with Telegram's terms of service; and to only upload documentation you have the right to use.

4. Billing

Plans are billed by commitment length (1 month, 4 months, or 1 year) at the rates shown on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your documentation and branding. We retain all rights to the Knowa software and service.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. AI-generated answers may occasionally be incomplete; Knowa is designed to escalate to a human when unsure, but we do not guarantee any particular resolution rate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms with reasonable notice where practicable.
